Meet the fastest Lamborghini ever made. It also happens to be the brand’s first hybrid. It is also the first production of Lambo under the new head of design. Known as the Lamborghini Sian FKP 37, the model pays tribute to Ferdinand Karl Piech who brought the brand to the Volkswagen Group in 1998. The 37 signifies the year he was born – 1937.

So what’s the running gear? Power comes from a naturally-aspirated 6.5L V12 engine that makes 785 hp. Mated to a 48v electric motor producing 34 hp, the combined output comes in at 819 hp. That allows the Lamborghini Sian to go from 0 to 62 mph in 2.8 seconds with a top speed of 220 mph.

Lamborghini will produce 63 units of the Sian which signifies the year it was founded – 1963. Pricing has yet to be announced but it doesn’t matter because Lambo has already sold out all of them. Each buyer will be invited to the brand’s factory in Sant’Agata Bolognese, Italy to customize their car through the Ad Personam program. Man, it must be nice to be filthy rich.
