Term and Condition

Renters must be at least 23 years old for Luxury and Sport Cars rental for fully comprehensive insurance.

The minimum rental period is 24 hours. Extra two hours will be full day charge. Our rates are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to charge without prior notice.

All drivers must have a locally accepted driving license for at least one year. UAE residents require a current UAE License. Visitors should present a valid national and international driving license from their country of origin.

Refueling charges are applied in case cars are returned without same level of fuel provided during rental of the vehicle.

You can add additional drivers for Free, as long as we have his passport copy and his driving license copy.

Our cars are comprehensive insured and include third party liability. The insurance policy also includes unlimited liability in case of death or permanent disability caused by bodily injury subject to the country’s court decision.

We can collect and deliver cars free of charge at anytime within Dubai. Alternatively, a charge of Dhs. 500 for collection and delivery services outside Dubai (within UAE).

In the event of an accident, you must notify the police immediately. You should not move the vehicle until the police issue a report. Failure to submit a police report will render you liable for all cost incurred as a result of the accident.

For every traffic and municipality fine incurred during the rental period, you will be charge a AED 80 fee to cover administration costs.

Cars must not be taken driven outside UAE. Failure to comply may result in penalty of up to AED 10,000.00 and the car will be blocked at the border.

The cost of the rental and insurance charges are payable in advance either in cash or through major credit cards. Please note that debit cards are not accepted as credit identification at the time of rental.
